Berklee College’s campus in Valencia opening soon to offer students a Master’s Degree within the music industry

The Berklee College of Music, which has its headquarters situated in Boston, Massachusettes, currently stated that its new campus in Valencia will be opening in September 2012 to welcome students for the Master’s Degree Programme. Lawrence Berk established the Berklee College in 1945 with the objective to prepare students for a career within the music industry. Since this period, the supply of technology available for musicians and technicians has vastly increased with Berklee remaining at the top with the most up-to-date technology. Continue reading →

From Thursday 19th till Sunday 22nd April, many real estate professionals attended the Spring SIMA (Salón Inmobilario Internacional de Madrid) event held at the Feria de Madrid, Centro de Convenciones Sur. Just like in previous years, this event was a fantastic chance to meet with fellow property professionals and to discover the latest industry trends. Rimontgó was represented by José Ribes Bas, the director, and by Cristina Martínez, the Sales and Marketing Manager within the Valencian office, who reported that everybody was keen to exchange opinions and to discover more about the changing trends within the market. The July fair (Feria de Julio) runs across the whole of July with an abundance of entertainment and cultural events. It was during the 1870s that this event was organised for the first time by the city government in order to tempt the Valencians to stay in their city for a longer period of time, before leaving for the hills to get out of the sun’s heat. This spectacular month of festivities features numerous events including sports events, fireworks, traditional music, bullfighting, theatre shows, concerts, and outdoor cinema. Montgó Nature Park, in Javea, celebrates its 25th anniversary

The Montgó mountain dominates the scenery within the Javea Valley, a pretty natural location within the Javea coastal town. This location features sandy beaches and a large bay surrounded by high cliffs within the easternmost coastline of Spain. The Montgó mountain is approximately 750 meters high and features a long, even ridge that rises to a peak. This mountain is located very close to the Javea old town. Once again St. Joseph, the patron saint of carpentry, will be remembered! Valencia will celebrate Las Fallas from the 15th to the 19th March. This Las Fallas celebration dates back to when Valencian carpenters burned wooden structures as they wanted to empty their workshops before the beginning of spring. These wooden structures have transformed over time, creating the ‘ninots’ or giant paper-mâché dolls, which are now seen in Valencia during the Las Fallas celebrations.
