The Federimmobiliare has recently published the report The Italian Real Estate Industry 2012, including a survey of Delhi, some contributions on the current state of the RE, and points of view of the eighteen groups belonging to the Federation. Among these, the FIABCI expressed through the words of its president, Giancarlo Bracco. The two days of great golf held at the Pevero Golf Club in Porto Cervo, it was an opportunity to celebrate the 40 years of the Pevero Golf considered one of the most beautiful in the world and inaugurated in 1972 by Prince Aga Khan, the creator of success of Costa Smeralda. Transformed into a popular tourist resort in 1962 by Prince Karim Aga Khan Ismaili, it seems that the Costa Smeralda is about to pass into the hands of the Emir of Qatar, Hamad bin Kalifa Al Thani. The sheikh was concerned the deal after the statements of the owner of Emerald Holding, American billionaire Tom Barrack, that has expressed its intention to relinquish control of the company after some disagreements with Tar. On 5 and 6 May, in the beautiful natural scenery of the Park Pevero, the Pevero Golf Club is organizing the Golf & Wine Tournament 2012. On 5 May players will play for Sciala Surrau Cup, while on 6 May participants will fight for Barriu Surrau Cup. Competitions will be held with the formula of play Stableford, which provides a particular method of scoring. The winner will be the player who will get the best score on 36 holes provided by the path. During the competitions some special prizes will be given, to get, at last, to the final awards ceremony that will be held on 6 May 6at 19:00 at the Cantina Surrau of Arzachena. Continue reading →
